Share Holding Procedures
Prabuddham publication has announced to dissolve 10 percent of its share in the open market (as IPO). Any interested person older than 18 years of age can become a share holder in Prabuddham publication within this 10 percent bracket.Publication has few simple and easy steps that you are required to follow to become share holder. These are some steps below-
STEP 1: visit www.prabuddham.com
STEP 2: buy any book from book store
STEP 3: copy transaction id of your billing
STEP 4: click on "Buy Share"
STEP 5: Paste the transaction id in the form and fill all other details correctly in the form and submit the form.
STEP 6: check your email and take a print out of the mail you have received.
On submitting the form, you will be an authorized share holder of publication.You will also get one share holder certificate by mail after adding two more share holders within specified time period i.e., 15 days.
Note:
Publication, for the first time will show to the share holder the profit details only after 30 days of completing share holding procedure. And that too only when share holder has added only 2 (Two) more share holder to the publication (other than himself/herself) i.e., only when share holder survives termination after 15 days.
